Trained in Classic French Cuisine, Chef Pollard has added modern European and Asian influences to his cooking style.
Steve has over 20 years of experience in 4- and 5-star hotels and independent Michelin star and rosette-rated restaurants.
After working in London, Paris, Las Vegas and San Diego, Steve eventually moved to the Channel Islands off the UK coast as a private chef.
He then accepted a position at a new 5-star resort on the coast of the Philippine Island of Padawan as Executive Chef.
Steve is now Head Culinary Instructor at ICHEF Culinary School in Davao City, Philippines, during which time he has led students to gain more than 23 medals in culinary competitions.
