Ingredients

  • 2.0 tablespoons sorghum flour
  • 1.0 serving sesame seeds
  • 1.0 pinch salt
  • 0.75 teaspoon molasses
  • 1.0 tablespoon ground flax seed
  • 1.0 large egg
  • 0.5 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1.0 tablespoon almond meal

Steps

  1. In a small bowl, beat the egg and molasses.In another small bowl, add the flour, almond meal, ground flax seed, baking powder, and cocoa powder. Make sure it is thoroughly mixed so you do not end up with little balls of cocoa or bitter baking soda.
